Use the form below to submit a new referral. Once your client signs and we complete onboarding, your $100 per unit is paid out, and your 7.5% monthly commission begins.

Before You Submit

A few quick notes to make sure your referral qualifies:

  • The client must be new to B2B Realty at the time of referral. Owners already in our system, in active discussions with us, or previously referred by another agent do not qualify.
  • A signed Referral Partner Agreement is required before any commission is paid. If you have not signed yet, you can submit your referral now, and we will send you the agreement to sign before payment is issued.

What Happens Next

Step 1

We confirm receipt

You will receive a confirmation email. If you have not signed the Referral Partner Agreement yet, we will send it to you with the same email.

Step 2

We contact your client

Our team reaches out to your client to introduce B2B Realty and discuss whether we are a good fit for their portfolio.

Step 3

Client signs and onboards

Once your client signs a property management agreement and we complete onboarding, the referral is qualified.

Step 4

You get paid

$100 per unit lands in your account, and your 7.5% monthly commission begins from the first fee we collect.
